Chicken Hash
Servings: 6
Ingredients:
2 tbsp. chicken fat melted 
1 1/2 tbsp flour 
1 cup chicken stock
2 cups cooked chicken chopped 
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Combine melted fat and -flour add chicken stock and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add seasoning and chicken and bake in greased casserole inmoderate oven (350 F.) about 20 minutes.
Serve on toast.
