Oil & Corn Flake Cookies

Ingredients:
2 Eggs, beaten 
1 Cup White Sugar 
1 Cup Brown Sugar 
1 Cup Salad Oil
1 Cube Oleo
2 Cups Flour
1 Tsp. Soda
1/2 Tsp. Baking Powder
2 Cups Quick Cooking Oats
1 Cup Chopped Nuts
1 Cup Coconut
2 Cups Corn Flakes
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1/2 Tsp. Lemon Extract 
1 Tsp. Salt

Directions:
Add sugars to eggs, and beat well; add oil and oleo, flour, soda and baking powder; continue stirring.
Add vanilla, lemon and salt.
Add oats, nuts and coconut and stir.
Lastly add corn flakes.
Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
If you prefer a harder and crisper cookie, add 1/2 cup more oats and 3/4 cup more corn flakes.
More nuts or coconut may be added if desired.
