Drunken Sirloin Steaks

Ingredients:
Steaks - 8 sirloin, trimmed of all visible fat
Drunken marinade
Beer - 1/4 cup / 185 ml / 6 fluid oz
Garlic - 2 cloves, crushed
Worcestershire sauce - ¼ cup / 60 milliliter / 2 fluid ounces
Tomato sauce - ¼ cup / 60 milliliter/ 2 fluid ounces
Directions:
GETTING READY
1. Preheat barbecue to hot.
MAKING
2. To make marinade, in a large shallow glass or ceramic dish mix beer, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and tomato sauce and mix to combine.
3. Add steaks to marinade, turn to coat, cover and set aside to marinate at room temperature for at least 3 hours or in the refrigerator overnight turning occasionally during marinating.
4. Drain steaks reserving the marinade and cook on lightly oiled barbecue, brushing with reserved marinade, for 3-5 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking.
SERVING
5. Serve immediately with garnish as desired.
