Fresh No Cook Applesauce

Ingredients:
Apple- 1 small, pared and cored
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Granulated sugar - 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon - dash, ground (optional)

Directions:
MAKING
1) In a blender container, chop and add the apples alongwith the lemon juice and process until smooth, scrape down the sides occasionally.
2) Stir in the sugar and cinnamon, if desired.

SERVING
3) Use as required.
