
1 tin (185 gm or 6 oz) tuna 1/2 cup cheese (finely grated) 2 tablespoons stuffed olives (finely chopped) 1 teaspoon lemon juice 2 tablespoons mayonnaise Salt to taste Freshly ground black pepper
Drain and flake tuna. Mix in cheese, olives, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
