Coffee Enhanced Tiramisu
Fat free cream cheese - 8 Ounce , softened (1 package)
Mascarpone cheese - 4 Ounce (1/2 cup)
Sugar - 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Kahlua - 2 Tablespoon (coffee-flavored liqueur, optional)
Frozen reduced calorie whipped topping - 1 Cup (16 tbs) , thawed
Strong brewed coffee - 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (cold)
Ladyfingers - 3 Ounce (cake style, 1 package, 12 ladyfingers)
Unsweetened cocoa - 1⁄2 Teaspoon
1. Combine first 3 ingredients and, if desired, Kahlua, in a large bowl; beat with a mixer at medium speed until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
2. Pour coffee into a shallow dish. Split ladyfingers in half lengthwise. Quickly dip ladyfingers, flat sides down, into coffee; arrange half of ladyfingers, dipped sides up, in bottom of a medium bowl.
3. Gently spread half of cream cheese mixture evenly over ladyfingers. Repeat procedure with remaining ladyfingers and cream cheese mixture. Sift cocoa over top. Cover and chill 8 hours.
