
Butter - 4 Tablespoon Banana - 4 (peeled) Lemon juice - 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) Sugar - 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) Warm rum - 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Heat butter in blazer pan over moderate heat and saute bananas (whole or cut in half) until lightly browned.Add lemon juice and sugar, then heat. Add warm rum and ignite.
