Bananas Flambe

Ingredients:
Butter - 4 Tablespoon 
Banana - 4   (peeled)
Lemon juice - 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) 
Sugar - 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) 
Warm rum - 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) 

Directions:
Heat butter in blazer pan over moderate heat and saute bananas (whole or cut in half) until lightly browned.Add lemon juice and sugar, then heat.
Add warm rum and ignite.
