Vegetarian Spaghetti Sauce
Tomatoes - 3 Large , chopped
Onion - 1 Medium , chopped
Sweet red pepper - 1 Large , chopped
Tamari sauce/Soy sauce - 2 Teaspoon
Cooked kidney beans - 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Marjoram - 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Basil - 1 Teaspoon
Oregano - 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Place the tomatoes, onions, peppers, and tamari in a blender.
Process on low, then medium speed until smooth.
Place the sauce in a large skillet.
Add the beans, marjoram, basil, and oregano.
Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
