
2 cup chicken or turkey, diced 2 apples, diced 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained 3 tsp. low-fat cottage cheese, blended 6 leaves lettuce 6 med. almonds, whole
1. Toss together all ingredients, except almonds and lettuce leaves. Spoon individual portions onto lettuce leaves. Garnish with 1 chopped almond per serving.
