Chicken/Turkey - 2 Cup (32 tbs) , diced Apples - 2 , diced Pineapple chunks - 1 Cup (16 tbs) , drained Low fat cottage cheese - 3 Teaspoon , blended Lettuce leaves - 6 Almonds - 6 Medium (Whole)
1. Toss together all ingredients, except almonds and lettuce leaves. Spoon individual portions onto lettuce leaves. Garnish with 1 chopped almond per serving.
