Apple Stuffing
From pies to strudels, apple stuffing is used in a whole range of delicacies. The stuffing is basically a cooked mixture of apples, apple juice or bourbon, lemon juice and zest, raisins, butter, pecans, brown sugar and sometimes, cookie crumbs too.
