Stephen Colbert's Americone Dream Ice-cream
Guess what happens when political satire mixes with ice-cream? An Americone Dream is born! Ben and Jerry was highly inspired by Stephen Colbert's “Colbert Report” on the American Television to create an unputdownable combination of vanilla ice cream, caramel swirl and fudge bathed waffle cone pieces. This ice-cream called AmeriCone Dream became hugely popular and the proceeds of it are given to The Stephen Colbert AmeriCone Dream Fund which supports disadvantaged children, environmental causes and veterans. The ice cream made its debut in 2007.
