Roasted Red Peppers
These benign looking vegetables, when roasted, pose the biggest threat to the chefs because they need to peel off the papery skin from the peppers diligently. The skin doesn’t come off easily, in a single stroke but needs to be picked at in smaller bits, which not only makes it a handful job.
