Koljivo From Wheat
Koljivo is also called Zito which translates to wheat in english. This is very delicious Serbian dish and is symbolic too, signifying harvest, renewal, life and death. The preparation of dish is limited to special occasions like Chrismas or Bozic, funerals, memorials and Slava.
