Exercise Portion Control
Eating less means buying less! This doesn't mean you start starving yourself. It means eating what you should and not what you can. For instance, instead of an extra-large bag of chips, go for a regular size. Team it up with a homemade dip and enjoy it with your family. You do not need to load up on chips, just eat it for the experience. Similar portion control can be exercised in case of indulgent items like steak, butter, wine, etc.
