Dimer Jhol, or Bengali Egg Curry is a delicious dish which is spicy and hot with a thick gravy. Onions and potato slices enhance the taste value of this egg curry. The eggs in this dish are first hard boiled and then fried in mustard oil. A small incision is made in the boiled eggs before frying so that they can soak up the gravy and turn into juicy eggs!
