1 red snapper

Wash the snapper in vinigar and lemon. Pat dry then season your fish with season salt of your choice. Let stand for at least one hour. Cut potatoe and prepare curry sauce.
Mix curry powder, potatoe, butter, allspice, thyme, scallion, onions together in a pan and bring to a boil.
Heat frying pan and add oil. Make sure the pan is hot before adding fish. Fry the fish on both sides untill brown. Add curry sauce and let simmer foe 10 minutes
