Christmas Cocktail - Coole Swan Alexander
This is a cocktail to be tried after the grand Christmas feast is over. The Coole Swan Alexander is an equivalent of a sweet and creamy dessert for it is made with Irish Cream, brandy or cognac, and chocolate liqueur. Finish it with dark chocolate shavings on top.
