Chocolate Pastry
This particular chocolate pastry in the picture is from a local pastry shop in Kolkata, India. The sponge cake layers are chocolate based with a thick coffee buttercream layer sandwiched in between. The icing is pure chocolate with a coffee and vanilla buttercream decoration.
