?Well I better say a few things about myself huh? I'm a pastry chef by trade. I started culinary school when I was only 16, and could already out cook many of my fellow students. ?I also love to draw and write, so other than pastry work, one day I would love to do some food journalizm, or even host my own show. ?Competing is something I really enjoy. I competed with SkillsUSA Vica through my school. I have two state gold medals and gone to nationals twice.
