Hello, I am an avid cook. I love all kinds of food and love to create new dishes for my family and friends to enjoy. I'm a brand new grandmother to a beautiful little girl, I also have 4 of my own that are 2, 5, 25, and 27. My husband and I enjoy red wines and great food to go along with it, we like our palates to explode with flavor.The food I cook is never bland and always full of flavor and robust. I'm a full blown Hungarian...so I do cook all the ethnic foods I grew up on. I usually do not measure my spices, I use the eyeball method, but I do measure when baking. I hope to have an excellent experience on this site, as well as learn a few more tricks to this trade.

Hungarian Stuffed Cabbage

This dish is pure comfort, the flavors of the sourkraut and meat is bursting with the smoked ham hock , this is definately a full meal in itself.
