I am a home cook and baker who offers different ways to incorporate super-foods into your diet and shows you how to turn “traditional” high-cholesterol and fatty foods into better-tasting, healthy alternatives for all to enjoy!. I cook and bake exclusively with organic products and all the recipes presented are meat-free.
