West Indian cuisine also consists of several spices which render a unique taste to every dish. The kind of food available here is very spicy with plenty of chillies and onion in them. Bombay Duck, a fish named after the western city of Bombay, now known as Mumbai, is one of the most popular fishes in the region. While rice is the main food in West Indian cuisine, chapatis, naan and parathas also form a part of their diet.
