Usal

Usal is an Indian dish believed to have originated in western Maharashtra. This Indian delicacy is prepared using ingredients like sprouted beans, tomatoes, asafoetida, cumin, onions, oil, coriander and turmeric powder. It is often garnished with lime juice and mostly served with breads. This healthy snack can be easily spotted on the roadsides in Mumbai. Easy to make, Usal is relished by everyone.
