Tonkatsu

Tonkatsu are pork cutlets and it is a famous dish in Japan. These are usually served with shredded cabbage and miso soup. The ingredients used to make the dish include pork fillet or pork loin, flour, salt, pepper, beaten eggs and breadcrumbs. These were earlier made using beef and were first served in restaurants in Tokyo. Some common tonkatsu recipes include Japanese Tonkatsu Pork Chop, Pork Cutlet Tonkatsu, Pork Katsu Tonkatsu, Pork Tonkatsu, etc.
