Teriyaki bowl dishes feature practically in all kinds of international cuisines including Mexican and American. However, teriyaki is actually a combination of two words Japanese words teri and yaki and is ideally a Japanese way of cooking. Teri means luster and yaki means grill or broil in Japanese.
