Spiced tea is the spicy milky form of tea. It is also known as masala chai. A mix of both espresso and spiced tea is often called chai tea latte in some coffee houses. Tea, sweetener, milk and spices are the basic ingredients for making spiced tea. Apart from these, it has no specific ingredients or method to be prepared. For best flavor, tea leaves are steeped for long in hot water. It has several variations and almost every different family has its own way of preparing it.
