Mango & Curried Shrimp Soup- This is a traditional Jamaican entrée prepared with freshly sliced mangoes and a variety of vegetables sautéed with hot Jamaican curry powder. Fish sauce and coconut milk is added along with chicken bouillon and shrimps to prepare the nutritious soup.
- Curry Laksa- A Malayasian dish of coconut based curry soup prepared with shrimps and sambal chili paste which is flavored with daun kesum or the laksa leaf.
