Sauteed Asparagus

Sauteed asparagus is a delectable delight and is an ideal accompaniment to most seafood and poultry specialties. Once the sautéed asparagus recipe is prepared it can even be served with rice, thereby making it an ideal meal in itself. Sauteed asparagus recipe can be prepared at home and the ingredients required include asparagus, onions, butter, thyme leaves, white wine and kosher salt. The asparagus stalks need to be cut into pieces. The chopped onions need to be sautéed in butter and to this wine and asparagus have to be added and further cooked till it becomes green and tender. Thyme and lemon juice have to be added to the sautéed asparagus and finally kosher salt needs to be added for seasoning.
