Salmon Bisque

Salmon Bisque is a culinary preparation made from salmon which is generally served as a starter. The main ingredients required for preparing this dish are onion, fish stock, salmon, tomato juice, flour, milk, margarine, salt and celery. Roasted red pepper strips, croutons, parsley and sour cream can be used for garnishing Salmon Bisque.  Variations in Salmon Bisque Recipes include Salmon Bisque Soup and Oriental Salmon Bisque.
