Rosette is a type of small fried Norwegian pastry that is actually made on a decorative iron. Rosette is usually sprinkled with cinnamon-sugar on the pastries. The main ingredients used in rosette are slightly beaten eggs, sugar, salt, milk, flour, lemon extract, powdered sugar and some oil.
