raspberry jelly

Raspberry jelly is a light gelatine based dessert made from raspberry fruit juice. Fruit juice will make the jelly smooth and clear while chunks of fruit can make it stiff. Since raspberry is a low-pectin fruit, pectin (natural additive used in preparing jelly) will be one of the ingredients to make raspberry jelly. A layer of pink strawberry cream and a dollop of whipped cream will make the jelly irresistible.
