Puppy cake can be a real treat for canine pets as most of them are known to have a sweet tooth. Be it a puppy’s birthday or any other day of celebration, puppy cakes are most welcome. Even kids love to help in baking the cake. Typically, a puppy cake would require whole wheat flour, peanut butter, eggs, baking soda, large carrots, honey, canola oil and vanilla. For icing, plain fat-free yogurt, cream cheese and honey is required. The cake mixture needs to be put in cups to bake in a pre-heated oven. A toothpick can be inserted into the cake to find out if the cake is baked properly or not. Cream cheese has to be mixed well with fat-free yogurt and honey for the icing and spread evenly across the cup cakes. The puppy cake is ready for the canine treat.
