Pork Bun

Pork bun is a type of Cantonese barbecue pork bun that is filled with barbecue that is flavored differently. Also known as Cha siu baau, pork buns can also be referred to as a type of dim sum. Served during yum cha, pork bun is totally a part of Chinese cuisine bakeries. Pork buns are majorly of two types. First,steamed pork buns and second, baked pork buns. The exterior of these steamed pork buns are white, however, the same is browned and glazed when they are baked.
