These Plainparathas are so soft and crispy. Though a simple dish, paratha making is an art and not everyone can perfect it ! But this PlainParatha procedure looks impeccable to me. Follow this method and make some really tasty parathas
with melted ghee.
Fold into half. Brush with melted ghee and fold again.
Roll out and cook one paratha ... ghee around the edges of the paratha, which should swell up.
Turn again and fry the other side also. When brown patches appear on both sides, the paratha is ready.
Repeat for the rest of the dough.
Serve
into a chapati and smear with ghee.
Fold up again into a round ball and roll out once more.
Put one paratha ... parathas.
Serve hot.
