Noodle pudding

Noodle pudding is a dessert recipe including noodles. Noodle pudding is a different kind of recipe because usually noodles are used in main dishes or side dishes.

How to make noodle pudding?

Like other noodle recipes for noodle pudding noodles are cooked in boiling water. Other ingredients that constitute the recipe are milk, sour cream, cottage cheese, vanilla essence and sugar. For toppings cornflake crumbs and cinnamon pd. can also be used. Egg and sugar should be beaten until smooth and all other ingredients except noodles should be mixed. In the end, whole egg mixture is poured on the noodles along with toppings and kept for baking.

Noodle pudding is mainly a dessert in American cuisine. Cabbage caraway noodle pudding, Viennese noodle pudding, noodle layer pudding and noodle apple chocolate pudding are some of the variations of basic noodle pudding.
