Minted Pea is a culinary preparation made using fresh mint, frozen or fresh peas, onion, butter, fresh ground black pepper, salt and sugar as the main ingredients. Minted Pea goes well when served with pork, turkey, chicken and beef. It can also be prepared in a different manner using frozen peas, green crème de menthe, water and butter. Vegetables like thinly sliced onions can also be added to the Minted Pea. Variations in Minted Pea Recipes include Minted Green Pea Soup and Minted Pea With Orange.
