Mint Chutney

Mint chutney, a refreshing sweet tangy spicy condiment( a mint sauce) from the Indian cuisine, is a favorite side course with rice or flat breads or main course snacks. Chopped mint leaves are fried with minced onion, minced garlic, shredded ginger, chopped green chillies, lemon juice, cumin seeds, and pulses. The mint chutney is a paste of fried ingredients.
