Mexican Beef Casserole

Mexican beef casserole is a dish from Mexican cuisine prepared by combining ground beef with ingredients like onions, tomatoes, and seasonings, and baking the dish in oven after sprinkling cheese on top. Other ingredients like beans, noodles, and macaroni can also be included to enhance the flavor and savor of the dish. Tortilla chips are often arranged as the bottom most layer of the casserole and all the other ingredients are arranged on top of the chips. Cheese is often sprinkled on top of the casserole before baking it in oven.

  • Flour and egg noodles based Mexican beef casserole- egg noodles are cooked and then combined with flour, tomatoes, seasonings, and sautéed mix of ground beef, chopped green peppers, and onions. The entire mix is placed in a casserole saucier, and baked after sprinkling shredded cheese on top.
