Melon drinks are generally made from watermelon juice or sweet varieties of melons available regionally. As with other fruit drinks, melon drinks can be alcoholic or non-alcoholic. Alcoholic melon drinks often contain vodka or rum. Melon drinks are also made with cantaloupe and honeydew melons too apart from watermelons. Melon juice can also be combined with fruit juices and syrups to make a fusion and two to three different varieties of melons can be used together also. Smoothies and mock tails can also be made from melon juice. Melon punch, melon breeze, melon bowl are some popular melon drinks for the summer.
