Passover Muffins
Dissolve the salt and sugar in the boiling water.
Pour over the matza meal in a bowl and mix well.
Let stand for 5 minutes.
Add the shortening and eggs and mix thoroughly.
Form into patties about 3/4 inch thick and 2 1/2 inches in diameter.
Grease muffin cups ..
