Masala Fry

Masala Fry is a term used in the Indian cuisine which denotes a cooking process for various meat and vegetable preparations. A Masala Fry recipe includes the process of frying the meat or vegetable ingredients in a highly spiced “masala” mixture, which generally includes onions, green and red chilies, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala (a finely ground mixture of peppercorns, clove, cinnamon, mace and black cardamom).
