Professional Life of James Reeson
James Reeson began working since the tender age of 15 in a small French restaurant located at Bristol, England, in the role of an apprentice chef up to two years. He left the place and moved to Paris working as a chef for a brief period of time. Thereafter James Reeson worked in several bistros, cafes, restaurants and hotels in areas including the Mediterranean cooking on private yacht contracts for a brief period of time. In 1993 James shifted to the Channel Islands finding innovative cooking ideas through experimenting with cuisine. Two years past he again shifted to Australia dabbling with different odd jobs until he ventured into establishing a café and catering business.
