Green Grapes With Romaine
MAKING
1) Tear the lettuce and spinach into bite-sized pieces.
2) In a large salad bowl, combine the greens and grapes.
3) In a jar, combine rest of ingredients, shake well and sprinkle over the salad.
SERVING

Green Grape Coulis
In a saucepan, bring to a boil water and sugar.
Add grapes and lemon juice.
Simmer 3 minutes.
Dilute cornstarch in a little water.
Pour into saucepan.
Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
For a smoother coulis, run mixture through blender, then a sieve. - 27.3117
Frosty Green Grapes
Wash, stem, and drain grapes thoroughly.
Just before serving, add sour cream; mix carefully, coating grapes well.
