Goat

Goat is domestic species reared mainly for its meat. Goat meat, which in certain regions is referred to as mutton or chevon tastes similar to that of lamb meat, but is lower in fat and cholesterol. Sold fresh and in canned or sausage form, almost all part of the goat meat, including brain, liver etc, are used in cooking various dishes like stews, soups, curries, fries etc. Also, goat meat can be prepared in any of the methods including steaming, smoking, baking, grilling, barbecuing etc.
