Fresh Tuna Steak is a seafood steak variety which can be prepared either by grilling or broiling. Grilling of fresh tuna steaks need to be marinated with soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, olive oil and crushed and minced garlic cloves. For best flavor, fresh tuna is griiled at medium heat and should be pink or translucent in its center. Fresh tuna steaks are best enjoyed when served with a load of lightly grilled tomatoes on top of it, a mixed bean salad and some sweet potato wedges.
