Everyday Exotic happens to be a cookery series from Canada presented by Roger Mooking. The series is telecast over many channels including The Food Network channel in Canada, Cooking channel in USA and Carribean, Food TV on Channel 9 Sky Digitall, Kuchnia TV in Poland and in the Middle East.

Everyday Exotic premiered on the 31st of May 2008 as a replacement of the show Fine Living Network.

Everyday Exotic recipes aim at making regular and boring cooking recipes interesting by using one new exotic ingredient in each episode. The fun aspect of the show makes it engaging as the demonstration of cooking goes without any long speeches or dull narrations complimented by the effortless entertaining style of Roger Mooking. The menu is developed with optimizing Everyday Exotic recipes to comprise a well balanced meal. The recipes are mostly classic with the introduction of a new ingredient unconventional at times and making it familiar to the audience. The chef also exposes the myths relating to ingredients including certain spices.

Roger Mooking is a versatile chef with many facets including as a jazz musician winning few awards. His versatility has extended to the field of cooking where he has contrived recipes to amalgamate contemporary and universal cooking practices with the traditional ones. With a family history in cooking he had his formal training at the George Brown Culinary Management Program earning Top Student Honors diploma and trained at the Epic Dining Room in Royal York Hotel. Presently he happens to be the Executive Chef as well as the Co-Owner of Kultura Social Dining and Nyood restaurant in Toronto.
