Easy lemon bar is made with a cake mix, preferably lemon, instead of starting from the scratch to make a cake mix at home. This easy recipe makes use of a cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice. After the cake is ready, cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and egg mixture is poured over it for the final touch. The easy lemon bar can be served decorated with slices of lemon.
