Drain beets, save juice, measure juice and add enough water to make 1 1/2 cups liquid. Bring this to a boil, remove from heat and add jello, sugar, vinegar and horseradish. Be sure sugar and jello gets dissolved. Add beets. Pour into mold - 25.7132

Drain beets and mix the juice with enough water to make 1 1/2 cups liquid. Heat liquid and dissolve Jell-O with it. Add sugar and vinegar. Chill until partially set. Grate beets and add to Jell-O. Add horse radish last. Chill until firm - 27.7302
