Dal Dosa

Daal dosa refers to a popular south Indian dish which is prepared using lentils and fermented rice. Daal dosa is mostly consumed by people living in the south Indian state of Andhra Pradesh where this dish is also known as pesarattu. Easy to make, Daal dosa is mostly consumed as a snack during the evening or for brunch, but it may also be consumed as a main dish. The main ingredients required to make this yummy snack includes rice, lentils, fenugreek seeds, oil and salt. This dish is particularly popular among kids who find Daal dosa very convenient to eat.
