Crepe Batter

Crepe Batter refers to a mixture of refined flour, eggs, milk, water, sugar and salt, which is used to prepare crepes, thin pancakes that belong to the French cuisine. While preparing the Crepe batter, it is helpful to mix all the other ingredients prior to mixing the flour as it results in a more smooth mixture. The Crepe batter is poured onto a pan slightly touched with butter and then swirled into circular shapes and cooked evenly on both sides.
